Ceysan can print products in 0,5-500 gr scale with its 7 injection machines from 100 tons to 720 tons. Thanks to our regularly maintained machines and our skilled team, the highest possible quality and efficiency is achieved in the final products.

MOLD DESIGN AND MAKING
Ceysan can manufacture all kinds of molds with its 2 sinking erosion machines, 2 CNC milling machines, 2 milling machines and 1 lathe. Same way; It can make high quality drawings with the licensed Siemens NX program in design. Along with producing new molds, it also repairs and maintains the molds within its body.
Ceysan, who always acts together with the customer in product and mold design, works meticulously at every stage and produces the highest quality molds in the shortest time with low costs and demonstrates a very efficient wsork.By simulating products before they are manufactured, possible errors are predicted in advance and actions are taken accordingly.
Being aware of the quality of the steel plates used in the molds, Ceysan minimizes the problems that may occur during plastic injection by using the right steel in mold manufacturing.
ASSEMBLY LINE
Ceysan can assemble even complex parts with its 3 presses, 1 side milling cutter, 3 electric rivet presses, 1 table drill, 4 lathes, 1 eccentric press and 1 electro-pneumatic rivet spinning press machine.
Ceysan, which does not neglect the regular maintenance of the machines in order to minimize the errors that may occur during the assembly, carries out the assembly without compromising on quality.
CABLE ASSEMBLY LINE
Ceysan can assemble all kinds of cables with its 1 vertical injection, 7 horizontal injection, 1 cable cutting machine and 3 terminal fastening machines. In addition, it can produce the molds of the necessary parts in the molding room for different cable entries.
Ceysan, which has an assertive experience in cable, follows continuous improvement policies in order to minimize errors in cable assembly. By following the most accurate raw material policy in this field, it has a successful history in providing long-lasting end products to the customer.
